SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Delivery time after shipment is 3 to 5 working days in France and 4 to 10 working days for other destinations. This time may vary depending on the country of destination. Delivery will be made to the address you indicate on the order form.

Do not hesitate to ask our team questions to obtain additional information on the items that interest you.

All artist paintings and antique items purchased from our gallery can be collected from The Antique Art Gallery's EXCELLENCE store or warehouse. We offer free storage for up to 7 days after purchase. Please note that item prices include professional packaging, ensuring that your artwork or antique arrives safely. However, delivery is not included in the item price. Domestic or international delivery – please contact us for delivery rates. If you require express delivery or have special delivery requests, please do not hesitate to contact the gallery by phone or email to arrange these services. For tableware and glassware, delivery rates will be communicated at checkout when ordering.

 

IMPORTANT

For unusually large or heavy items, The Antique Art Gallery EXCELLENCE reserves the right to apply a collection only policy. This will be clearly indicated to the customer at the time of ordering. In such a situation we can provide advice and help arrange delivery of the work if requested, but ultimate responsibility for shipping will lie with the customer.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS FOR CONSUMERS

The following clause only applies if you are considered a consumer for the purposes of the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. Consumers have the right to return any artwork purchased online for a full refund within 14 days of physical receipt of the artwork. In this situation, the customer must notify The Antique Art Gallery EXCELLENCE of his decision to return the works by mail, email or by completing the model withdrawal form, within 14 days. Return delivery costs are the responsibility of the customer. The works must be returned to The Antique Art Gallery EXCELLENCE in the same condition and in their original packaging as when they were shipped, within a further period of 14 days from the date of notification. Any deterioration in condition may affect the customer's right to a full refund. The works will remain the responsibility of the client until their physical receipt by The Antique Art Gallery EXCELLENCE. Returns are not accepted for works purchased in store. Customers should be satisfied with the works purchased before placing an order, as all store sales are final.

Professional customers are not permitted to return artwork after shipment and must verify artwork before placing an order as all sales are final.
